Economic policy in Russia: crisis lessons from and prospects for development

In the article the reasons of crisis of 2008 are analyzed, the opportunities and resources for ensuring economic growth are defined. The conclusion that except technological modernization is necessary as well the institutional is drawn. The economic policy aimed at development of manufacturing industry and decrease in the raw orientation of economy has to become a basis of metamorphoses. In ensuring economic safety of Russia an important role has to play not only financial, but also production stabilization.
