Issues of improving the institutional framework of social protection of the disabled

In the work the analysis of the existing Russian legislation on disabled people as factor of increase of efficiency of the social policy of Russia at the present stage is carried out. The mechanisms of development of system of the state support of disabled people and formation for them the available environments of activity are presented. It is noted that at formation and development of the institutional environment of life support of disabled people the rights of disabled citizens are revealed, but there is no accurate definition of ways of their realization.
