In the article the subjects carrying out departmental financial control of building of the Olympic objects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, with the description of system of their interaction are defined. The author presented the social and economic prospects of introduction of information and telecommunication system of the departmental control based on specialized automated information system of departmental control with possibility of application of intellectual technologies of support of adoption of administrative decisions.
