Events of 2011 in the North African countries (Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, etc.) showed that crisis situations pose sharp threat to a public order, stable development of any country. In the article it is shown that the task of law enforcement agencies consists in prevention of emergence and development of an illegal phase of crisis situations of socio-political character. These measures should be addition of actions of the state and society in the sphere of the economic, political, cultural, interreligious and interethnic relations of socio-political character.
