Cluster organization of economy: on identification of a cluster

In the conditions of modernization of the Russian economy the special role is allocated for its clustery organization that assumes research of the new conceptual device, specification of the nature, the contents and conditions of formation of clusters, studying of foreign experience of development of production clusters, and also the Soviet experience of creation of territorial and production complexes which though essentially differ from clusters, bear in itself some clustery beginning.
