In the review of the monograph of professor V.I.Lyashenko "Financial and regulatory regimes of stimulation of economic development: introduction in economic science mode" "development modes" and special regulatory modes as a stimulant of development of social and economic systems are shown. Expediency of development of uniform conceptual bases of "economic science mode" as new scientific direction are revealed.
