Institutional foundations of state support system of small business: the U.S. experience

In the article specifics of the state support system of the USA business, an institutional component, modern institutes and instruments of effective realization of a state policy of stimulation of small and average business (MSP) are investigated. The separate attention is given to monitoring of activity of Administration of small business of the USA, a role and strategic objectives of General inspection and Legal profession of small business. The package of measures on stimulation of the small export focused enterprises is studied.
