In the article the analytical scheme of formation of the program of resource development of located system of stocks with differing level of specific expenses for production is presented. The possibility of alternative calculations to analyze the effects of changes in exogenous information used for the purpose of evaluating and coordinating the interests of current organizational transformation is revealed.
