In the article on the basis of the analysis of experience of management infrastructure projects opened the general and specific factors affecting management of transport infrastructure projects, principles of state-private partnership (SPP) as format of implementation of these projects, characteristics considering them are systematized and developed. The offers directed on improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of infrastructure projects in the sphere of railway infrastructure in SPP model ("contract of life cycle") are developed.
