In the article the features and factors of implementation of restructuring, modernization and modernization of a transport complex of the Uzbekistan Republic in modern conditions on the basis of the analysis and studying of positive foreign and domestic experience of modernization of reproduction structures are revealed. The need of development of the general theory of modernization of economy locates are justified.
