In the article the analysis of existing legislative and normative documents, and also practice of antimonopoly regulation and control in Republic of Belarus is presented. The assessment of their efficiency in the course of identification, suppressions and preventions of emergence of price arrangement of producers in the commodity markets is given. The directions of improvement of antimonopoly regulation in Belarus are presented.
