Now the land management in the territories subject to influence of space activity, in connection with constant increase the technogenic loading, the state importance and an environmental protection priority is especially urgent. The existing problems of legal regulation connected with the land management in the territory of the Baikonur complex are considered. The proposals allow to realize requirements of the nature protection legislation fully are formulated.
