Main objectives of the development Strategy of fishing shipbuilding of Russia till 2020 are considered, the analysis of fishery business is carried out. The innovative approach to effective operation of water bio-resources on the basis of the vertically integrated enterprises functioning on principles of inexhaustible fishery of FAO is offered. The technical and economic analysis of perspective types of fishing vessels is made.
