In article the essential threats of economic safety caused by default by contractors of the obligations are defined; the mechanisms guaranteeing providing obligations of members of the self-regulating organizations, such as certifications, indemnification funds and insurance, internal control, and the prospects of development of self-regulation in Russia are analysed.
