The budgetary planning and forecasting as the component of economic planning and forecasting assumes use of various methods. The most perspective at the present stage are the program and target method, modeling method, method of expert evaluations. In the article the main substantial characteristics of methods of the budgetary planning and forecasting, and also feature of their practical application at the present stage are considered.
