Development of system of regional management of spatial polarization (on example of the diversification of hotel industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Mari El)

In the article development of system of regional government by smoothing of spatial polarization of the region on the basis of implementation of infrastructure projects (on an example of hotel farms of the Republics of Tatarstan and Mary El) is presented. Scenery forecasting of tendencies of development of regions in these conditions is carried out. It is noted that development of system of regional government will allow to increase considerably tourist streams by this territory and to provide economic effect of development of recreational activity.
