Collective forms of venture capital in implementation of innovative economic systems

In the article the questions of venture financing of innovative processes, motivations of investors in venture projects are considered. Risks of venture financing of innovative projects and strategy of management of them reveal. Collective forms of realization of the venture capital in innovative economic systems are investigated. The scheme and stages of movement of the capital in venture fund and income distributions between investors and management companies are revealed.
