Management of venture capital in modern innovative business: opportunities and prospects

In the article the mechanism of application venture financing of innovative projects according to phases of innovative process is presented. Indicators of efficiency of the combined investments with participation of the venture capital are opened. The features and prospects of development of venture infrastructure of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan are analyzed. It is noted that ripened need to organize work of participants of venture investment in uniform system with specific performers in priority scientific projects.
