Planning of expenses for construction and maintenance of roads in Perm province: historical examples

The maintenance and construction of roads is one of the most important spheres of the state interests and the most expensive element of a state sector. Throughout centuries in Russia measures for financing of the current maintenance of roads and of the building of new road objects were carried out. In the article the historical examples of planning of expenses on construction and maintenance of roads on example of the Perm province of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the XX century are investigated.
