The proclaimed course on creation of innovative model of development of economy put tasks of research of influence of factorial sizes on development of national innovative system (NIS). In the article the mechanisms, allowing investigating and systematizing a number of the factors influencing development of NIS are developed. Factors of success in innovative development of a number of leading world economy are analyzed. The conclusion is drawn on considerable influence of an innovative component on coming nearer technological revolution.
