The article devoted to the problems of achieving a new quality control of the Russian power industry by constructing new management of the globalization in the fields of UES of Russia on the basis of transition to the intellectual power system with an active-adaptive network. It is concluded that the new strategic opportunities informed and balanced implementation of smart grid segments creates conditions for overcoming pre-existing departmental, organizational, informational, technical, etc. constraints for an effective and operational UES of Russia.
