Public-private partnership as main mechanism innovation activity

In the article it is analyzed economic and social situation of the Russian Federation on the basis of positive dynamics in post-crisis economic reconstruction is revealed. Positive tendencies of regenerative growth allow to concentrate on problems of development of science, education, and also activation of innovative activity. In this regard the most effective mechanism of practical realization of transition of economy on an innovative way of development is offered.
