Paradigm of development of national and regional markets for crude oil and petroleum products of the Russian Federation in the global economy

In the article in the light of the doctrine of globalization of the oil market, its interrelations with economic development of the country problems of current state Russian and the regional oil markets are defined. Defining influence on development of the market of external and internal factors is proved. It is noted that to the old problems caused by extensive nature of development and deterioration of fixed assets, were added new, arisen upon transition to market economy.
