Supply management improvement directions in multi-industry diversified holding

Managerial analysis shows that diversified holdings have not yet a systematic approach to supply chain management, methodological issues of supply model decision are poorly developed, and allocation of supply management functions and supply efficiency assessing do not have the appropriate justification in theory. In this article, the corporate supply system approach is improved by refining the list of macro factors for supply model decision, its characteristics and combination. The authors offer the way of distribution of supply management functions for holding company supply chain and supply indicator system for trade houses.
