Analysis of rules and principles of international agreements on trade in energy services

The key organization coordinating world trade by the goods and services is the WTO. Normative documents of this organization include the separate provisions concerning ensuring of world power safety. In the article the principles of regulation of world trade by the power services, fixed in agreements of the World Trade Organization and the Contract to the Power Charter are analyzed. The conclusion that acceptance of rules of international trade by energy resources, in particular, unification of tariffs will negatively affect competitiveness of national producers is drawn.
