In the article the major factors causing military and civil integration are revealed. Principles of creation of the integrated organizational and economic mechanism of transfer of technologies and products of double application in civil sector are formulated; the proposals on its further development are given. Creation within the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation of Management of military and civil integration, and also information and analysis center on problems of military and civil integration is represented.
