Organizational preconditions of restructuring of defense enterprises

Development and consistent interaction of market, production technology, human resources, finance and innovation potential of the enterprise provides an effective structure of the enterprise. Active influence on the subsystem management and on the competitiveness of the enterprise allows to formulate the concept of "institutional capacity". This attempt to articulate and justify the components of institutional capacity of the defense enterprises is presented in the article.
