The modern foreign policy of the USA, as well as in days of opposition with the USSR, includes secret strategy and secret operations on achievement of the purposes on the international scene. The history of the Afghan policy of the USA is the secret diplomacy, allowed to cause a considerable loss to external and internal interests of the main rival - the Soviet Union. The main tool for solving foreign policy objectives in Afghanistan were the secret operations of the USA intelligence and their allies.
