In the article the factors and parameters of investment appeal of regions of the North Caucasian federal district (SKFO) are considered. Measures for formation of investment attractive image of the macro-region are shown. The need of assessment of investment appeal of sectors of the industry of SKFO is proved. The assessment of investment appeal of sectors of the industry of the North Caucasus is given and measures for development of base sectors of economy are revealed.
