Historical aspect of market reforms in economy of the Russian Federation

The economic reforms in Russia are unique according to the contents. Command and administrative economic system, having shown the historical hopelessness, became the main reason for disorder of the Soviet Union. However it is impossible to build new society, relying only on subjective views. The corresponding preparation which Russia didn't have is necessary for transition from one historical step to another. It also was the main precondition of unsuccessful policy of reforms.
