Problems of compensation condemned to imprisonment: social and economic contents and solutions

In the article questions of increase of level of compensation of the persons, leaving criminal punishments in the form of imprisonment actual for criminal and executive system and society are considered. The attention is focused on social and economic aspects of a problem. It is emphasized that solutions of the problem are connected with increase in fund of compensation condemned which size in each correctional facility by the amount of own production and its profitability is defined.
