Beef cattle strategy and security

In the article on the basis of the analysis of " Strategy of beef cattle progress of beef cattle industries ", the Russian Federation developed by the Ministry of Agriculture it is shown, that the beef cattle resulted in it do not serve achievement of the objectives put in it. Acceptance of Strategy in the presented type removes progress of beef cattle industries for long years and prevents the decision of the problems put in the Doctrine of food security of the Russian Federation, and assists acceleration to progress of economic and social crisis with unpredictable consequences.
