Definition of optimum strategy of increase in production of arms and military equipment

The task of modernization of the enterprises of the Russian defense-industrial complex (AME) in order to create a new image of the Armed Forces acquired at the present time the most important of state importance. The complexity of the decision is caused by the accumulated with the 90-ies of the last century the problems in the sphere of military construction, the need for Uwe-increase of share of new samples of armament and military equipment (AME) to 70%; the lack of a generally accepted methodology of the decision of this task.. In the article it is developed the methodical apparatus and tools of management of the process increasing the volume of issue of AME, the practical use of which contributes to the increase of validity of administrative decisions and efficient re-equipment of the Russian army.
