Assessment of quality of economic growth in the North-West: environmental aspect

Results of researches on an assessment of influence of economy for environment are given in the Northwest federal district in 2000-2009. The characteristic of indicators of eco- intensity and eco- efficiency of economic activity is given. Degree of unevenness of distribution of an environmental pressure between subjects of the district at economic growth is analyzed. The interrelation of ecologic-economic indicators of regions within the theory of an ecological curve of S.S. Kuznets is considered.
