Risk management in nuclear power as a basis for ensuring the energy security of Russia

The content of management process by risks at the enterprises of nuclear power is considered. The description of principles, methods and risk management procedures is given. The structure of a control system is presented by risks, and also functions of participants of process are defined. Classification of damages from the point of view of financial sources of their covering is developed and need of development of insurance activity for nuclear power is proved. Models of insurance which can be used are offered.
