Scenarios of development of state-private partnership in training for business

The sphere of possible application of state-private partnership (GChP) is preparation and retraining of personnel system for small and medium business. PEST analysis allows to identify the internal factors influencing development of GChP in the specified sphere, and also to define the most probable scenarios of development of partnership: insignificant use of GChP mechanisms; active development or refusal of business and the state from partnership in the training sphere for business.
