Prospects of system development refinancing of Russia at the present stage

In the article the refinancing system in Russia which actively develops now is shown. The range and volume of operations of refinancing extends, the tools of the analysis of financial condition of banks contractors are expanded. At the same time the history of development of banking system of the last decade visually shows the fact that in crisis situations the existing system of refinancing of the credit organizations not always is capable to provide expected efficiency.
