The social factors of the countryside population life improvement by gasification are presented in the article. It's concluded that countryside gasification leads to cardinal improvement of rural population life quality and is directed on guaranteeing of a northern region sustainable development. Life quality definition hypothesis are substantiated and proposed through the women life expectancy in rural and urban areas. Social efficiency model estimate is developed in the rural settlements gasification in the regional conditions of the North.
