At formation of the concept of investment policy it is obviously important to allocate key methodological problems in the investment sphere. It is necessary to consider that the state investment policy of the subject of the Russian Federation is a component of the state economic policy which is carried out both by the subject, and the general economic policy which is carried out in the country.
