In the article features of introduction of technology of deep processing of brown coal in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are considered. The presented calculations allow revealing real advantages of the latest approach to use of brown coals. The modern way of solution of the problem of power supply in housing and communal services system, allowing influencing decrease in tariffs for the population is offered.
