Strategy of using raw material resources in the North

Nowa the North is the richest raw region on the Earth. The problems of the effective and rational combination of export and domestic usage of the mineral recourses are considered in this article. It is noted that the increased disintegration processes in the Russian regions contributes to the new Land Code, adopted in 2001 with new features After all at new possibilities of purchase and sale of the earth there are threats for injurious use of the territory of the country
