Influence of innovation infrastructure of universities on social-economic development of northern regions

The features of the development of innovation infrastructure of higher educational institutions by the example of North-Eastern federal university named after M.K. Ammosov are considered in the article. The principles of university's innovation infrastructure formation based on the specificities of socio-economic development of northern regions are proposed and revealed. The indicators of the innovation infrastructure of the University, and proposed methods for evaluating its impact on the economy and social sphere in the region are defined.
