Organizational structures and integration forms of science and business as a factor of stimulation of innovation at the regional level

The results of the analysis of experience of the developed countries regarding use of organizational structures and integration forms of interaction of a science and business for stimulation of innovative activity with reference to regional level of social and economic transformations are presented in the article. Separate possibilities of its use taking into account realities of modern Russian economy and creation of conditions for integration of scientific institutions and manufacturing enterprises in order of development of innovative activity in the Russian regions are shown.
