Certification of personnel as a tool to improve the quality of service of service companies

In this article one of the most important tools of the priority of the education system and improving the quality of service in the sphere of the companies of the Russian Federation - the certification of personnel are considered. A new direction in the certification of personnel - evaluation of qualifications is revealed. The features of the certification of personnel and evaluation of qualifications are considered. The mechanism of the work on certification, and the main problems of these processes in service are presented.
