The problems and problems pathological economy - sciences about social and economic pathologies are considered in the monograph. Possible directions of differentiation pathological economy and occurrences in it of special sections are characterized: regional, branch, pathological economy of the enterprises and historical pathological economy. The special attention is given the analysis of theoretical bases pathological economy law of wavy character of transients, in particular, is proved, the problem of stability of reform is investigated, concept substantive provisions about optimum social and economic structures are shown.
