The article is devoted security of electronic transactions and information environment of today's market of electronic trade, in terms of transaction costs. The characteristics of opportunism at the different stages of the trade transaction and the effect of the security transaction costs of e-commerce market on consumer choice and demand elasticity are presented in the article.
