Lessons of social and economic project planning in Russia (theoretical and methodological problems)

Forms of crisis of social-economic management, in particular, regional project management in Russian area are presented in the article. Necessity and technology of a multilevel estimation of the environment of realization of projects is proved. The special attention is given a problem of the coordination of interests. The new approach to an optimum combination of measures of institutional support of projects (on an example of the Tver region) are offered.
