Article is devoted to investigation of foreign economic activity and foreign investments tools in socio-economic development of the North Caucasus Republics. The conclusion is drawn on necessity of working out and realization of Republican Foreign Economic Development Programs for NCF Republics as proved effective mechanism of foreign economic relations development and export support in the South of Russia (the Rostov region, Krasnodar aria).
