Development of institutes of capitalization of territorial resources - key strategies of modernization of economy in Northern Caucasus

A general assessment of the socio-economic situation in the economy of the North Caucasus is presented as a key strategy for the development of regional socio-economic policies in the North Caucasus is the institutional support for the capitalization of the territorial resources of the region. The role in solving this problem is the main economic entities - small businesses, large companies federal and regional government structures. Activities of government institutions and businesses to improve the efficiency of capitalization of the region's resources are proposed.
