Effective state support of agrarian and industrial complex - pledge of maintenance of food safety of the country

Questions of maintenance of food safety are one of priorities of a national policy of any state and the great impact on efficiency of functioning of all industries and spheres of public life make. In the present work with the help economic methods the basic forms of the state support of agrarian and industrial complex are analyzed, their comparative analysis with agricultural practice of the leading foreign states is carried out. The conclusion that in modern conditions structural revision of the mechanism of agricultural crediting and subsidizing for the purpose of increase in availability of financial assets is necessary for peasantry, and also introduction of state regulation of the prices for agricultural production is presented.
